Domestic Shipping Policy

We are based in Singapore,
All domestic orders of SGD 50 & above will be entitled to free shipping

Shipment cost: Free
Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

The Planter’s Bungalow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

A shipment confirmation email and a fulfilment email will be sent to you once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Lost Parcel & Damages

The Planter’s Bungalow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim to avoid any miscommunication in between. You can also contact us and we will try our best to assist you.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
